ReplyDeleteI consider Melina a friend, and though I haven't yet made it to one of her UBU parties, I'll make it eventually. I'm glad she's doing a local gig.
Personally I like the Market as it is, but I think I'd rather see it clean up a bit and be better marketed (so it can enlarge its appeal and better prop itself up) rather than lose the entire thing under a proposal like New Town. Not sure how that's hypocritical.
I make it to someplace on H Street about once a week; that's what my work schedule allows. If you can explain to me how my not attending this particular event makes me a hypocrite, I'll explain to you how making snotty comments anonymously makes you a coward. Deal?
