Eh, they look better from the front (where they have already put on the bricks). The prefab stuff looks pretty durable. It's just hard to see when its all wrapped up.
I think it may be sturdier than most stuff that's built today from wood. It's cement, probably on steel framing (?), then you have that Tyvek and now they've bricked over that. Doesn't look too bad from the outside but the floorplans are funky.
Is there a website for these condos? I've been out of the loop and so have not heard much about them. Are they all sold? When is move in? Just curious-- it's not far from my house so I'm interested in learning a bit more. Thanks for any info!!
