I appreciate you supplying interesting updates from the HStreetDC twitter. I followed them for a while, but the sheer number of tweets per day got to be too much for me, so I unfollowed them. I thought they gave great info, but there were waaaaaaay too many tweets about (what i regard as) minutiae.
The property owner of 1220 H owes more than $22K in back taxes and narrowly escaped the 2009 Tax Sale. Can they even get a Certificate of Occupancy without what the District calls "clean hands"?
Guys, please be polite. Remember that these people are your neighbors. I ask also that anonymous users leave some kind of tag [e.g. big green cat] for the sake of being able to follow a thread. Be respectful and have fun.
