Urban Turf: DC Neighborhoods of 2015

At the end of last week Urban Turf gathered a few people who watch real estate in the District and asked they to name the next hot neighborhoods of 2015. Prince of Petworth blogger Dan Silverman chose Trinidad. Check that out, and maybe read about some of those other neighborhoods.

    I agree with Abdo. I spent a lot of time rooting around Brookland 3 1/2 years ago when I was house shopping (and eventually bought in our area), and got to know it reasonably well. I don't understand why it hasn't boomed.

    Those can't all be winners, can they? This seems like an article that would have been written in 2006 at the height of the bubble or hopefully 2002 on the way up to the bubble, because I dont want there to be another bubble right now.
