Surprise From Above
I was walking in the 1300 block of H Street yesterday when I looked up, and had a serious "What the Hell?" moment. This is the building that was formerly home to the Majestic by Gwen. Anyone have relevant information? Thoughts?
and that's a beautiful shot of the illegally-constructed rooftop deck over Rose's Dream. That thing went up sans permits. I know, no news here, happens all the time. But, I wouldnt lean back against that lattice after a cocktail or two - unless I wanted to take a swan dive onto the 1200 block of H.
Guys, please be polite. Remember that these people are your neighbors. I ask also that anonymous users leave some kind of tag [e.g. big green cat] for the sake of being able to follow a thread. Be respectful and have fun.

ReplyDeleteIt looks to me that they are replacing the windows in the dormer and decided to place the plaster figurines on the sill just because.
