It's been a year since
Trey Joyner was shot by U.S. Park Police in an alley just off Holbrook Street. The shooting remains under Federal investigation, and Joyner's family recently spoke to the Washington Post about their frustrations that the process is so slow. I wrote more extensively about the
topic yesterday.
