District Source: The Stealth isn't Hiding at Florida & West Virginia

I have gotten a fair number of questions regarding the construction project immediately south of Florida and West Virginia. It's a four unit condo building, and with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms each these are pretty large condo units. The Stealth takes its name from the site's resemblance to the "v" shape of a Stealth Bomber. More details from District Source.

    just like all the other new apts they are building on H st (360, ava, atlas, senate square), these apts will remain vacant for a looooong time too

    I figured construction halted due to the weather.
    I hope it's not due to missing a fiscal requirement.
    Sometimes they need Deposits or sales agreements but if they needed that, they'd have a sign up saying leasing now,
