Capital City Market and Apollo
Read the Examiner story here on Apollo Management's plan to finance the proposed redevelopment (assuming they are able to exercise eminent domain) of the Capital City Market. This is part of the New Town plan.

Seems like most folks are supporting a phased in approach.
I would like to see the plans, but on the face of it I am very excited as a 6th St homeowner. The transformation of many parts of DC have been extremely positive.

Apollo are some heavy hitters with deals in the billions.
