G street has signs that display bikes both ways and there is now one preliminary etched out bike lane. What is up with that?

folks, if you can make this, it could be interesting. there are two proposals for making the area safer that are going to be proposed by local residents.

i cant believe im saying this but i agree with poo poo. i went to the last meeting and it was full of great ideas.

only drawback was that those working the project clearly said upfront that these improvements are not funded in the FY14 budget. does anyone know if that has changed?

oh, also, i don't think the funding picture has changed... at this point. BUT, good ideas will always find funding. now, or in 2015, which isn't that far off...
