Maketto & Toki's Erik Bruner-Yang on the Protagonist Podcast

Here's a little fun listening for your Friday or weekend. Chef Erik Bruner-Yang tells the Protagonist podcast the story of how and why he came to open Toki Underground (2nd floor of 1234 H Street) and Maketto (1351 H Street). Erik also has a Union Market shop called Honeycomb (1309 5th Street) where you can buy things like really awesome homemade kimchi, fresh noodles, turmeric marinated onions, and Pocky.
