Condos on 5th Between L & M?

It sounds like the condo project at 3rd & L may soon have company. I received an email this morning saying a sign went up yesterday on an empty 5th Street lot announcing the coming of...more condos. Apparently, an abandoned house on the lot was torn down in December and replaced, earlier this year, by the beginnings of a foundation.
