Development in DC
Not particularly relevant to the neighborhood, but of interest to DC in general. The WBJ reports that a very large site just west of Catholic University (NE DC) is soon to be developed & might house a large number (more than 7000) residential units. UPDATE: Use this new link instead. The new link refers to the development being in NW, not NE as the original WBJ article stated.

You're right it is in NW. I had NE because that is what the article said (it seems that they have since corrected that error). I will admit to having a less that perfect sense of the geography surrounding Catholic University. Thanks for the heads up.
Is this the plan for the Walter Reed Hospital that there has been some talk about post-base closings?
