Fix-It-DC at the Joseph Cole Center

Last weekend Fix-It-DC descended on lower Trinidad in order to plant flowers & spread lots of mulch. Some neighbors also joined in on the fun. I had heard that such a project was in the woorks, but I didn't realize that it would take place was weekend until I stumbled upon them working in the rain. Here are a few shots of the effort.
