Wonder whats so significant about January 1, 2007? I don't quite get the point of these kind of signs; its not that long ago, when properties could sit for months in this area with a quite real "For Sale" sign on....
He lives down the street from me. He told a friend of mine he got sick of investors knocking on his door to see if he wants to sell. Not sure why the January 1 date...
Well, I have been trying to figure out whether unsolicited realtor calls for "persons who might be interested in buying your property" violate the FTC's Do Not Call Rules. I think they may....
I know of realtors and investors that will literally go door to door to ask folks about their houses. They seem to be attracted to older people and folks whose houses are not totally kept up. I am sure that must be irritating to people.
