WBJ Re: Condos on H Street
The Washington Business Journal had this article on condo development in & around H Street's western end. The piece deals with not only the new plans for Capitol Place, but also Senate Square & Richard Cohen's project at 2nd & K.

I wish Cohen would get going on his project. That row of boarded up and dilapidated rowhouses he owns is a real eyesore.
