We've all seen the three buildings in the 1300 block of H that sit next to the alley & face almost directly at R&B Coffee & Sanctuary (the one closest to the alley has fish in the window). I spoke with the owner the other day while he moved in some more art. He hopes to have the Gallery O/H (pronounced "oh") open some time in March. The gallery, which will occupy both floors of the building featured above, will focus on outsider art, and will include some pieces by the artist who was displaying rocket art at the H Street Festival.
