This has been identified as Oates looking towards Bladensburg (so I had the rough location right).

whoa - this is Oates St. looking towards Bladensburg Rd from the corner of Oates & Holbrook - that's my yard on the right! Glad you caught it when there wasn't a ton of trash on the sidewalk - it's a great picture.

ok - completely off the subject but this morning on my way to the metro I saw that the sign on 3rd and L for the New Yorker condos had "Yuppies Out!" graffitied on it. That would make for an interesting shot...
