Hill Rag on Grocery Store on H Street
Here's an article from the Hill Rag on the likely Harris Teeter at 3rd & H Street.

This is the architecture firm that did the Ellington on U Street between 13th and 14th. Personally, I really like the building, so hopefully H Street will get a similar high quality design.
Assuming it all comes together as projected, this will be great for the neighborhood. The realization that it will be a minimum of two years before I get to do any shopping in the new Harris Teeter does take some of the wind out of my sails, but I realize these things take time. In the meantime, I think the fact that this project is moving forward will keep the level of optimism about H street up and hopefully continue to attract inventment to the area.
