City Paper: Plunder Wall
The City Paper has this brief piece on on the stolen tv & permit woes (the tavern is experiencing some delays in getting a permit for the outdoor patio).

Why would the city resist allowing a patio? The patio at Kenny's is in a residential area and is just fine. I can't imagine that the Argonaut's would be any worse on residents since Maryland is such a broad street and it's pretty removed from local houses. Having people sitting outdoors would make a bigger draw. I'd be more inclined to go there in nice weather if there was a porch.
