i believe that's 1015 H street. i'm surprised at how far the front of the building was allowed to be built out onto the sidewalk. it occupies nearly half the sidewalk. how far can businesses build out to? another dcra oversight?
Hey there gang..it is suppose to be either a catering business or the guys are going to do a restaraunt. One the top two floors will be their living quarters. I know both of them personally, and have for the past 4 years. They are great guys....
I heard catering at first with a future possibility to shift into a restaurant (possibly including some kind of merger of the adjacent Hair Rage space to accomodate the seating).
I met the owners of the catering service who are listed as the owners of the site at a party they catered last December. The food was very good. When I mentioned I was from this area, they talked about how they were planning on opening a restaurant on this block of H Street in a building they had owned for several years.

Anyone know what's being built on the south side of H, between 10th and 11th? It's been undergoing a renovation recently and is moving along quickly.
Condos w/a catering business on the first floor.

I didn't put 2 + 2 together until recently.
