Thanks for featuring us again! I really enjoy your photos, and it's cool to see our fun little block in "print". Wish the owner of those two properties (they own a few others, too) would finally paint the houses they put those test patches on. They were "coordinating colors" almost 3 years ago, and then did nothing. Kind of detracts from the appearance (and value) of the block.
I sent a co-worker of mine, who lives on Parker, to check out Frozen Tropics for the first time about a year ago. When he went to the site, the first thing he saw was a close up picture of his front door.

Parker Street is very cute. This is not the first time it has appeared on Frozen Tropics.
