Post: Development & the Tipping Point
Here's a Post article that focuses on Ward 6 & the various development going on within the Ward.

Can't we have an article about development in DC that doesn't start with some variation of "residents such as (insert name here) wonder whether they'll be around after the area's latest makeover?"
they should make every writer for the post that writes about the district actually live in the district. very few do, and as such, they don't have the same grasp as folks that pound the district streets day and night.
imho, these writers are usually just looking for some 'romantic' angle to their stories from a desktop in northern virginia or maryland.
that writer undoubtedly lives 50 miles from ward 6...

Actually, the Post reporter, Ms. Silverman, does live in Ward 6.
