Yes, John C Format is developing this property. ANC 6A has invited him to attend our Economic Development and Zoning Committee to layout his plans. We have checked all the permits filed and the good news is that all the work is being done in accordance with the zoning regulations. Depending on John's schedule, he will either be at this months or next months meeting.
And the camera...while Fenty didn't support the crime bill, I am hopefull that he will support the continued use of cameras. That is our hope at least...

I'm not sure what they are building. But the construction is an enlargement of the Cutty's building.
