WSJ: Hug A Thug

Hmmm. In the end the market abhors a vacuum and the selling will creep back in w/ guys smarter about getting caught in stings. But maybe the fact that the investment of all the undercover time allows them to get some of the bigger fish will convince depts to stick w/ it. I don't think this would work in DC. IMHO if demand isn't curtailed, the supply will come from somewhere.
