The rendering and zoning overlay links are not working for me. I've tried IE and Firefox. IE gives me a javascript error, Firerox a 404.

Try again, it should work now. I'm not sure why it didn't work before.

While I'm still not considering a beacon of inspiration for further development on H street- I am much much happier with the aesthetic of the revised design by Davis Carter Scott and kudos to Washington Real Estate Partners for taking community objections under advisement. I hope they continue to work with the Zoning Board and the community in other ways to find ways to make this a win/win scenario for H Street for years to come.

I have to agree with mfaith. The new design is much less '80's office complex' than the original concept. Looks more like the new condos going up all along 14th Street in Logan. On another subject, I got a notice for a community meeting and one of the agenda items was Liquid Restaurant proposed for H Street. Anyone know anything about it?

Liquid Restaurant/Lounge is seeking a CR license for the long vacant space at 914 H Street. Get more details by checking out the September ABL minutes for ANC6A:
