If you haven't already seen it, I recommend the Gingham Dog at the Atlas. While the play is a bit dated, the acting is great!

What the heck is going on at R&B? I tried to go there for lunch on friday, and they were closed. The sign with operating hours is gone.

Arg(onaught) is now only open after after 5pm. This has been the case for several months--my guess is that Joe Englert is waiting for the rest of the strip to catch up. We love the renaissance that Englert has started, and are excited to be trying his new places.

Season tickets are available for the H Street Playhouse... Will look into the productions at the Atlas.

Argonaut staff:

We will soon be open again for Sat and Sun brunch. We changed our hours after an employee was seriously injured. His girlfriend also works at the Argonaut and has been at the hospital with him. So, we lost 20% of our staff and have a hard time covering all the bases. Please bear with us. Thank you for your patience.

Alan,
Prior to the shooting, the Argonaut was still doing the Sunday brunch thing (I was there a few weeks ago). I hadn't heard that Sunday brunch would be suspended temporarily. I believe you are thinking of Saturday brunch, which they stopped serving a few months back.
