It's hard to see this race getting too interesting. The three Ward 6 democratic candidates combined received a total of 11,809 votes in the primary (Pinson received 1,611). Antonio "Tony" Williams (R) only received 342 votes. The independent vote in the general will probably be a bit less democratic, but not markedly so. Will Cobb has been pounding the pavement, and Tony may get a few additional votes from people who think he's the mayor, but I'd be stunned if Webb received less than 70% in the general. Although I encourage every one to go the polls and have their say.
