WP: DC Fails to Track HIV & AIDS Cases

The Post features this disheartening article about the District's failure to accurately track HIV and AIDS cases. You might recall another recent post article on a demonstration project (a collaborative effort from several DC non-profits) to distribute condoms after the District encountered issues with the ordering (they reportedly ordered condoms with nonoxynol 9, which is now considered to increase the risk of HIV transmission) and plans for distributing the condoms. Hopefully the demonstration project can serve as a good model for future District condom distribution efforts.
