Fenty to Attend RCA Meeting
Mayor Fenty will attend to night's Rosedale Citizens Alliance meeting. Mayor Fenty will discuss issues in the Rosedale and Kingman Park neighborhoods and greater Northeast DC in general.

Looking at his schedule, before the RCA meeting Fenty is visiting the Dupont Circle Citizens Association. Two questions I have are: Did the mayor end up visiting the Trinidad Concerned Citizens for Reform meeting? And is the Ivy City-Trinidad Citizens Association still active? Their website seems not to have been updated since 2003.
I believe the Citizens Association is still active, but I don't think that their website is their top priority.
Ah, looks like they have a meeting on March 12th 7pm according to Councilmember Thomas's site. The reason these questions came to mind is I'm wondering in what forum it's best for my neighbors and I to organize things like street cleanups, watches, etc...and then bigger picture for the whole neighborhood to organize. There are these two Trinidad organizations and also the ANC.
