Finally. Now it REALLY feels like spring! Anyone heard where they plan to move once construction begins on the condo? Or is it to early to begin my worrying?

Oh, and does anyone know anything about the progress of the co-op market?

Too early to worry.
H Street Co-op is seeking members (higher membership helps them get more loans).

gosh, it shoud be flooded with folks if they market (no pun) to the eastern market crowd. sad to hear about EM, though.

Actually, they plan to keep the outdoor section of eastern market open (the part that sells most of the fruits and vegetables). However, the fruits and vegetables over there can come from anywhere in the world, while the H Street farmers are local and organic. IMHO, H street's produce overall is far superior.

in farmer market, you can buy a wiiiife or sell one of yours.

safeway everything is frozen and the selection of wiiiiife not so good as in the farmers.

except you need to shave the ones in farmers market.

Borat and you're brother:

Welcome to America.

The more farmer's markets the better. It's called freedom of choice.

By the way, if you are looking for a wife, I can introduce you to my sister in law's cousin's daughter's friend.

She's verrrrry niiiiice!

Tim, you should make bumper stickers advertising the market.

"Get Sconed on H Street!"
