The non-working hydrant directly in front of my house was replaced by WASA last week; so they are doing *something* about this). Of course, I don't know that the new one actually works.
They also mucked up the sidewalk in front of the house -- instead of a sidewalk plank, there's now a rough dried pile of asphalt that surrounds the new hydrant. Who knows when or if they'll do something with that.
Guys, please be polite. Remember that these people are your neighbors. I ask also that anonymous users leave some kind of tag [e.g. big green cat] for the sake of being able to follow a thread. Be respectful and have fun.
