Learn more about what's in the Florida Market (AKA Capital City Market). Located just off the NY Ave Metro, the Market offers both retail and wholesale food products. There is also a flea market, and there are some good places to either sit and eat, or get food to eat elsewhere.
Tour starts at 10am at the corner of Morse & 4th.
Meet at 9:15am at 325 Morse if you want to join us for breakfast (Korean/Salvadorian/American) before hand.

places (plural) to sit and eat?
there's more than just the korean joint?
There is Salvadorian food in that area? Where?!
Does anyone know why Constitution is no longer one way in the morning? Is this a permanent change?
they have american food in that area? where?!
Constitution was made two way at all times, as a traffic calming, and residential neighborhood street friendly act. It is permanent. DOT had endless meetings about it for years.
I think (though I've never been) that J&P offers some sit down space (but if not Bud's does).
As for the varieties, i was only talking about Young's. They don't have much Salvadorian, or American fod, on the menu, but they do a massive amount of off menu business (ask and you shall receive).
Is this the short version of the tour or the long version?
They are pretty much all the long version except for the one we did for Cultural Tourism DC.
J&P does have a few tables but their food quality and portion size doesn't compare to K-Youngs... although I had a bi bim bop earlier this week that came in on the small side...
