Looking Back on Morse

Unfortunately this guy remains boarded up (this photo is from a couple of years ago). He does have a new roof and door, and every so often someone stops by to consider whether they should purchase him (corner of Montello & Morse).

  1. ...and sadly the people selling him simply won't budge on price. Investor-owned properties are tragic, ain't they?

  2. yep, it's ridiculous. i'm a person who would buy a place and put in a lot of sweat equity, but the owners of "investment" property in the city have priced everything so that kind of market has ceased to exist.

  3. In the listing for this property the asking price is $411,000. The listing calls it a "shell".

    Seems crazy!
