what did they say? Lately I've been meaning to write to Mary Beatty to suggest the creation of a community-business hospitality panel to manage the nightlife aspects of the district, along the lines of what's promoted by the Responsible Hospitality Institute.
My recap of the meeting is here. The article isn't about managing nightlife really, it just quotes people as saying we don't need to implement a cap now because we only have a handful of bars and it is isn't going to turn into Adams Morgan overnight (so there is time to revisit the issue of a moratorium).
