Is it really true that all our old 311 calls (loitering, suspicious people, drunks, illegal oil changes, etc.) will now all go to 911? This just doesn't seem like a good idea to me in that I don't think of these things as "emergencys" but I certainly see them as reportable offenses. What do others think about this?
