Express: Shuttle in Late Spring?

Apparently the long discussed city-financed shuttle service on H Street could become a reality sooner than expected. A spokesman from Tommy Wells' office cautions that it wouldn't be until late spring at the earliest, but that sounds like pretty good timing to me. It would at least catch the summer crowd.
