I went there last Friday nite and was there until last call. Had a good time, great atmosphere and nice staff. Really would be cool if they had an upstairs or just a tad bit more space...But I'll definitely be back..

I was there Friday night too. Much closer than the other H St. bars, and I would love to become a regular.
The owner Duke, was really cool, and it was a nice space. (I dont really like jazz, but it was fun anyways)
Beers are only $3.50, which about as cheap as it gets in DC which is also a plus.
I can't wait to check it out. That end of H St needed a place like this. Does anyone know if they're serving beer on tap?
I don't think they have draft beer -- they do however have a pretty good selection of bottled beer. I echo the comment about beers being a good value.
My wife and I were there last Friday for the Mike Gillespie Trio. We both really enjoyed listening to them.
Duke introduced himself to us and both he and the rest of the staff were very nice. We will be back soon.
Gordon Kent’s performance on Sunday was terrific. From Sinatra’s Summer Wind to Fortunate Son by Creedence, Mr. Kent seemed incapable of missing a beat.
