You may have noticed this sign that recently went up at 1244 H Street, formerly the Clothing Cafe. As you can see from the sign, this not yet open business will offer gently worn children's clothing. This will be the second store on H specifically dedicated to children's clothing. The other one is Spoiled Rotten Kids Boutique and Spa, which is located at 1204 H Street.

i think she made a mistake in her sign....isn't it supposed to be "spoiled rotten" not "spoiled AND rotten"?
The website does say "Spoiled Rotten". She probalbly got it wrong on the signage. What is wrong with all of H st NE having bad signage?
