WASA Contractors Keeping Late Hours on H
I received an email alerting me to the fact that a WASA contractor, whom I'll refer to as “All Wet,” will be closing streets and cutting off all water on portions of H Street at around 1am Sunday morning. Ok, most of us will probably be in bed at this time. But I can guarantee you that the bars and taverns on H Street will likely still be jumping with the Saturday night crowd, or at least they would be if this no water thing weren't going to cause them to shut down.

Did they start at the Safeway last night? It was closed for water issues last night at 9:00 PM.
There was also some late night action on H on Tuesday.
What time should they work on it? pretty much anytime they pick is going to inconvenience somebody. They could start later in the night but then all the residents abutting H will be bitching when they wake up in the morning and can't take shower cause the crews are still working.
