WBJ: LISC to Focus on Ivy City
The Washington Business Journal reports that the Local Initiatives Support Coalition has decided to focus its energy on three DC neighborhoods, including Ivy City.

so, we get gay strip club (relocated from the arena district), or do we just get amenitiies and less crime?
i think we can all agree thqt 'GRIT AND CHARACTER' is what is important, and what we want, no?
