Biz Week: Buy Now

Business Week calls the Atlas District an up-and-coming neighborhood. There's even a slide show featuring 15 such neighborhoods across the US.

--------------------------------------
Oops. The original version said 15 such neighborhoods in DC. I meant 15 such neighborhoods across the US.

What's the status of the Conner Contemporary and Gallery O/H? Are they open?

Connor Contemporary is opening this weekend. Gallery O/H is still a little ways off.

Gallery O/H has taken years to open. I am almost doubtful if it will ever open, unfortunately. I'm guessing he ran out of capital.

Good to hear! Usually no news = bad news.

This neighborhood is shaping up to be quite and arts destination.

cool slideshow...its too bad the article laments artists being pushed out of gentrified areas, but fails to mention how communities' long-standing residents can be pushed out as well
