Will the Granville Moore's staff be given attitude adjustments prior to the celebration?

I went to Granville's just night before last and had my all time best experience. I've never had a bad one. I found the staff to be particularly pleasant. I love Granville's. I hope they're making boatloads of cash.

i've been to granville's about a dozen times and never once had a problem with the "attiude" of the staff. in fact on most of those visits the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating

I've only seen one problem at GM's and it was clearly caused by the customers directing all kinds of 'tude at the waitress, not the other way around. If you go into a restaurant with the "serve me and take all the crap I feel like dishing out at you" attitude, then you might not find anyone down with your program at GM's (or Argo, Napa, etc. for that matter). Sorry, but no one gets paid enough to put up with DC douche bag attitude.

My wife and I haven't been in a while, but we love Granville's and have NEVER had a bad experience there. Even with some waiting, crowded, and being out of some really anticpated items the staff has been exceedingly courteous, kind, and helpful. I mean from management, to servers, to bar staff. Some of the customers on the other hand have been complete @ssholes. It is appaling to see some people act the way they do, and for no good reason except maybe thier boss gave them a hard time, or they stood at a long line at the DMV or whatever. Anonymous complainers that seem to always complain...go get a life.

Hurray for Granville Moore! Everyone whose ever served as waitstaff knows that any customer who complains about attitude adjustment needs one themselves - beget, begat.

this is a discussion that's been had many times before on Frozen Tropics, and I know quite a few people have had bad experiences at Granvilles. I go there quite often and most of the time the service is great. However, I've had a couple of experiences there that were just awful.
