I hate to agree with poo poo, but if you loot at the delivery targets on the NOMAbid website, and then look at the reality of financing...it's hard to conclude otherwise.
OT, but WillPower just ceased operations. They e-mailed all their members to say "that WillPower Health & Fitness Studio will be closing, effective immediately, until further notice."
Too bad, I liked working out there and enjoyed having them on H Street.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they are able to find funding. I'm excited about the development of this part of the city. It needs it.

i was just kidding. if you look at all the economic downturns, they always ameliorate themselves.
