I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they are able to find funding. I'm excited about the development of this part of the city. It needs it.

I hate to agree with poo poo, but if you loot at the delivery targets on the NOMAbid website, and then look at the reality of financing...it's hard to conclude otherwise.

i was just kidding. if you look at all the economic downturns, they always ameliorate themselves.

everything will work itself out, and NoMa will be a winner.

it's just going to take a while.

OT, but WillPower just ceased operations. They e-mailed all their members to say "that WillPower Health & Fitness Studio will be
closing, effective immediately, until further notice."

Too bad, I liked working out there and enjoyed having them on H Street.
