A used car lot on H Street. Doesn't the looped razor wire just scream Come buy a car from us today?
The Washington City Paper looks at the crack down on used car lots that aren't really used car dealerships. The City Paper also directs us to an interesting, and related, piece in its Baltimore counterpart.

I called DCRA to see if this establishment is on their radar. They sent me a form to complete with more information. They said they would check on it.
As many times as I have passed that place, I have never ever seen any cars being looked at for purchase. All I ever see are folks that are sitting on chairs hanging around and making litter.
Let's hope all-night "tire" shops are next.
John, I don't know what you have against the tire shops. I've used the one on FL Ave a couple of times. It's damn convenient to have somewhere to get your tire fixed if you're in a jam and need a tire fixed because it will go completely flat if you wait until the next day.
