Blue shots and cheap champagne sound great, but where do you go if you reject socialism?

I've heard rumors that there may be a table set up for republicans.

Tom A. said...

It's more like a Republican "crying corner."

I don't expect too many R's to be partying on tuesday night.

I'm sure the Republican table will will be subjected to sh*tty service if it isn't outright ignored by the Argonaut staff.

Aren't the words "no politics" clearly written on the wall above the bar at the Pug? You can even see them in the picture.

anon,

Try Georgetown. You'll probably find some of the late night shots crowd out and about.

Hooray for the "redistributor in chief."

1139,
The Pug announcement is part of an email sent out by Tony T. He said he is making a special exception for this year's election.

Isn't there also an election event at Pap & Peetey's? BTW we went there yesterday and they weren't open their normal Sun. hrs.

Late Night Shots mentioned in FroTro comments. Yikes. Please stay in Georgetown k thx

Oh lord, did I imply I was a member of late night shots? Oops.

I guess I have to work on expressing sarcasm online. I am actually a fan of out (hopefully) redistributor-elect

and by "out" i mean our. Man i'm a mess today. Can't concentrate for the life of me.

Rob,
Pap and Petey's Halloween party was also a pre-election party. If they have a special event scheduled for tomorrow night I haven't heard about it. That said, I'm sure that almost every bar with a TV will be tuned to election results tomorrow night.

what are the polls like around here? i'm voting at the miner school, i'm assuming it'll take a few hours?

inked said...

Dan,
it all depends on what time you show up. But expect some lines tomorrow.

I don't know if Duke has organized anything for Tuesday night or not, but I am sure he would be happy to be open and have the TV's on to CNN like what he did for the debates.

Hey, Duke that was a hint. I will be there after work ready to drink and eat.

Anonymous said...

Uh, Duke will be open. Considering we held an Obama fundraiser there. And he is a big supporter.
