We're right up against the big day. Hope everyone's ready!
Two important things to go over here. First of all, i realize times are somewhat economically strange, but i was hoping for a better effort on the toys for tots box at the pug. So far the only donation has been from the wonderful girls at melt catering. If some more toys don't end up in that box, i'm going to start throwing shoes. Remember one dollar off per drink per toy. Thanks.On a happier note, the capitol hill rovers christmas party is friday evening at the pug starting at 8:00 pm. This has always been an event full of much good cheer and revelry. for a scant 20 dollar donation, you will get open draft beer, open rail, and one dollar cans of natty bo, natty light, schaeffer, and schlitz until 12:00 am. As an added bonus, the money raised form this party is being donated to the yellow ribbon fund, a charity which helps wounded vets and their families recover, and return home. If you are already gone for the holidays
or unable to attend please look up the yellow ribbon fund, they are doing very
important work.
Well that's all for now, enjoy the holidays, and if you are in town, chaz and the pug will be open christmas day at 9:00 pm serving hot drinks and egg nog, and helping folks decompress.

The thing I love about the Rovers is they have hot little groupies....
They are starting to become middle aged men...which is cool in my book. Middle aged men don't have groupies (unless they have children) ;)
I do like the $1 cans deal.
