I was just about to post the same question. The burgers that guy is holding are referenced in the piece so the author clearly meant to associate the picture with the article. The restaurant in that picture looks really nice. I'd love to know where on H Street it is located. Very interesting...

It looks like that was a stock photo, but the burgers at Granville's are delicious, and I'm pretty sure that Sticky Rice's burger wouldn't disappoint.
