Goat Cheese in Caraway Pastry with raspberry sauce and hot black bread toasts

Mixed Greens Salad with Danish bleu cheese, baby beets, pickled red onion, and hot-spiced pecans – Champagne vinaigrette

CHOICE OF:

Char-grilled Filet Mignon – spiked with ground Columbian coffee bean – finished with garlic butter and roasted vegetables

Chesapeake Crab cakes with Succotash – black eyed pea, green onion, roasted corn and sun-dried tomatoes in Margarita dressing – jalapeno tartar

Polenta Pie – made with roasted pasilla peppers and smoked cheddar – layered with cumin braised greens and stewed tomato ragout

Dessert

Homemade Truffles – 2 Belgian chocolate truffles – 2 key lime cheesecake truffles - and 2 strawberries served with whipped cream
