We had the burgers at NAPA last night and they were delicious..

Wanted to plug Napa's absinthe coctail. Basically chilled absinthe in a martini glass w/ a hint of sugar and shaved ice. (It runs $12, so consumption is self-limiting)

Beautiful and delicious!

PS: Yes, yes... I know, you don't understand why anyone would pay $12 for a glass of chilled absinthe when you can get intoxicated for free by breathing rapidly into a plastic bag, but different strokes...

did you miss the stuff about Teddy competing of the Next Food Network Star? I think people want to see the new menus. I don't consider that just advertising.
