I reached out to all the "organizations" that claim to offer green roof consulting or solutions in the DC area. I was going to install one on my home, but despite hounding these various groups... I was left with no call backs or the impression it was someone who wanted to say they were an organization and didn't do anything.

After 6 months... I gave up.
